DAY 01: PANTNAGAR AIRPORT – NAINITAL (70 KMS / 2-3 HRS)
Pick up from Pant Nagar Airport and drive to Nainital, On Arrive Check In at Hotel.
A small town in the hills of Kumaon, Nainital is a lovely hill station surrounded by mountains on three sides. Once this area had many lakes and it was called the City of 60 lakes or 'Chakta'.
Most of the lakes in the region have disappeared and whatever remains is just a glimpse of what they might have been in the past. Today the life of Nainital revolves around the lake of Naini. But there are few other lakes around Nainital which are equally beautiful and attractive as the Naini lake. River Ramganga originates from the Doodha Tauli ranges in district Pauri Garhwal. It enters into district Nainital, before re-entering into district Pauri Garhwal. Evening walk on mall road & enjoy shopping and local street food. Overnight stay at Nainital Hotel.
DAY 02: NAINITAL SIGHTSEEING
Morning after breakfast you will proceed for a local tour of Nainital visit Snow View, Naini Peak, Nanda Devi Temple & Hanuman Garhi. Evening walk on Mall road, and shopping around Mall road. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 03: NAINITAL – KAUSANI (120 KMS/ 4-5 HRS) After breakfast, Drive to Kausani En route visit Surya Temple, Ranikeht. There are very few places in the Himalayas which can compare with the beauty of Kausani. Kausani offers the magic of the deep pine forests and the majestic mountains. Kausani the birthplace of the famed poet SumitraNandan Pant is often referred to as the 'Switzerland of India. On arrival Kausani check in at hotel. Evening free to explore the Kausani town like Baijnath temples, Tea Gadens, Tea Factory, At sunset enjoy a thrilling view of Himalayas. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 04: KAUSANI TO RANIKHET (60 KMS / 2-3 HRS) After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Ranikhe, On arrival check in to the hotel and relax. Ranikhet is situated in the northern part of the state of Uttaranchal, in the northern region of India. It is situated in the Kumaon hills and is located on an altitude of 1829 m above sea level. Ranikhet is 59 km from Nainital and 50 km from Almora. The weather in Ranikhet is alpine. Summers (April-June) are mild and winters are cold (November-February). It experiences southwestern monsoon rains in July-September and experiences snowfall in winters. A cantonment town of immense charm, it was once the pet excursion ground of Padmini, queen of the Katyuri king, Sudhardev (1180AD). There is much to see in and around Ranikhet starting with Kalika temple known for its forest nursery and the shrine to goddess kali. The plateau of Upat has a 9-hole golf course ringed by tall pines. Tourists visit Chillianaula for its Shiva temple.
Flora in Ranikhet:
The area round Ranikhet is a horticultural belt and apple orchards are found located in the Ramgarh, Mukteshwar belt. Other fruits grown here include peach, pears, apricot, and strawberry. Lichi is also grown in many parts. A number of floriculture farms have also come up.

Walks & Treks:
Mall Road The most popular activity is walking up and down the Mall watching the activity and shopping. There are magnificent views of the snow clad Himalayas and some of the peaks that can be seen include the 7817 meter high Nanda Devi. Overnight at Ranikhet.

Day 05: RANIKHET – PANTNAGAR AIRPORT DROP (110 KMS/ 3-4 HRS) At an appropriate time, check out from the hotel and drive to Pantnagar Airport to catch your flight.
